LGS Solutions is an independent consulting firm doing business as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Our primary focus is providing experienced advice to organizations positioning themselves for U.S Navy and DOD business opportunities. Company capabilities reside in three primary discipline areas: business development; program management; and client relations management.

Larry Salter has 38 years of U.S. Navy experience including 10 years experience working with Navy and DOD clients as a contractor. Prior to launching LGS Solutions, Larry was the Western Region Executive Director for Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), a not-for-profit corporation providing professional services to DOD. At CTC he was responsible for all aspects of leading a 60 person office and expanding CTC capabilities to the Western Region (WA, OR, CA, and HI).

Prior to CTC, Larry was the Marketing Director at Envisioneering, a small high tech firm in Silverdale, WA.

Before entering the defense contracting field, Larry had a successful 28 year career in the U.S. Navy culminating in a three year assignment as Commanding Officer of Naval Air Station Whidbey Island.

Larry has the education to back up his practical, hands-on experience. He has a MBA from Troy State University, a MS from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, and an undergraduate business degree from Oregon State University. He also was awarded an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
