  • Accountable for a $143 Million annual operating budget, a plant value of $1.2 Billion, and 55,000 acres of property. 
  • Supported active duty and reserve naval forces, including 120 aircraft. 
  • Supervised 50 naval officers, 1380 enlisted personnel and 300 civilian employees. 
  • Prioritized military construction and job order contract projects.  Approved site plans, which included various environmental compliance issues.  All projects completed on schedule and within budget.  Chaired a Quality Review Board which determined the Base Operations Support (BOS) Contractor performance based award fee.  Worked with customers and BOS Contractor to develop innovative, effective and timely solutions for keeping customer satisfaction at high levels in a severely reduced budget environment.
